Justin Ashcroft

Justin is the Principal and Director of R.A. Solicitors. He has worked in child protection law for 19 years and represents parents, grandparents, family members, foster and kinship carers, and young people through the Child Safety and court process.

He is also an accredited Separate Representative and is appointed by the Court to provide independent assistance when decisions are being made about a child’s best interests.
