Divya Raj

Divya is a dedicated solicitor with experience across traffic law, criminal law, family law and domestic and family violence matters. He is recognised for his considered approach, attention to detail and commitment to providing clients with clear, strategic and personalised legal advice. He first completed a Bachelor of Business at Queensland University of Technology in 2014 before going on to complete a Juris Doctor at the University of Southern Queensland in 2017. Divya was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2018. He completed his practical legal training with R.A. Solicitors and has proudly continued his career with the firm ever since.

Over the course of his practice, Divya has developed substantial experience assisting clients with a broad range of traffic law, criminal law, family law and domestic and family violence matters. This includes serious criminal matters such as serious drug offences, significant violence offences, sexual offences and property offences.
